Strategic Design.

Re-designing often is more about deconstructing the old value system to the new one. A lot about understanding the pain points and solve them strategically, through design.

Let me guide you through my critique on the old design:

1. Logo - The first three letters are in orange and the rest in blue, now this doesn't make sense to me, instead it makes it hard to learn the name. Neither the elliptical element is useless, rather just another cognitive load.

2. Testimonial - The three stamps at the top are intended to affirm quality but I don't think they are doing a good job, thus I just took the one that did.

3. Layout - The overall layout is quite confusing as there's no hierarchy to help distinguish. The product name is not communicated effectively.

4. CTA - The customer care no. is jumbled below the details. Now, the business we are dealing with at the moment could make new customers with this very info, pertaining to which, it should be the most visible.

5. Made in India Logo - Now, since there was enough room left, it seemed like a better idea to rearrange these icons, this allows them to compliment the overall design, instead of fighting for attention.

So, isn't design very essential for your business growth? What say? Still want some proof ?

That's all for now, let me know your thoughts below.
