Unethical tax Evasion is one of the biggest wicked problems in India. Indians tend to hide their income to evade tax through various unethical ways. As its a wicked problem, we as citizens can't do much about this severe situation but the government can, but the real issue is even more complicated.

Project
To create a survey app, so that the Govt. could collect real time data from citizens to gather insights about the actual development in the state/city, instead of relying on the officials and burecrats statements/paperwork.
We designed a cool and interactive survey application that any user irrespective of age, gender could understand, following human-centred design principles. We created stickers to be printed on PET botles, which could be handed to every UBER user, that excites them to update the app to get to the survey application.

How it works ?
Once you scan the QR code, you will be redirected to the UBER Survey app. Thereafter you click on the "Start the engine" button to start the survey.
The survey screens are simple and easy to answer. The progress bar below tells you the status of your ride, so you don't have to worry about it and you can focus on answering the questions.
The two arrow button allows you to go back and make any corrections.

Once you are done with the survey, the app gives you a prompt to share the survey with your peers and earn rewards, with an article to learn more about the topic of the survey to spread awareness.
